I'm talkative and arguementative. I love nothing more than a good battle of wits or wordplay. I sing and act and consider a stage my second home, and alot of the time it is. My parents are divorced, have been for a long time now. I have an older sister, who's my best friend (even if we do fight constantly), a stepmom and annoying stepsister. My two aunts on my mom's side are my heroes. My family means alot to me, they made me as crazy as I am today.I spend way too much time worrying about school and colleges and other stressing subjects. My favorite subjects are history and englsih but only some history. I despise US history, it just seems so boring next to European history. Well, most of European history, I don't like anything after around 1914. I want to travel, to see the world. I don't want to spend my like in this coutry. I'm a complete Anglophile. I've wanted to live in England for almost as long as I can remember. The weirdest thing I enjoy is writing essays. I love the feeling of phrasing something just write and using big words to get my ideas across. There's something very satisfying about the whole process. I love things that make me laugh, weather its a funny story, book, movie, or tv show. I love fanfiction. I used to write more than I do now but I've always read huge amounts. I like almost every kind: fluffy, smutty, funny, romantic, angst. I don't like when characters are hugely OOC. I'm an avid icon collector, which sounds official but really just means that I love icons. I'm totally artistically challenged though so I'm very easily impressed by other people's art. I love a good gossipfest with friends and just driving around and getting lost while blasting loud music and giggling over hot boys. Hot boys are another hobby of mine. I spend an excessive amount of time obsessing over them, real and fictional. Reading is something else I do excessively. I'm very rarely not immersed in some book. I procrastinate horribly. It's actually really bad. I really need to work on that. I'm a romantic about fiction but a cynic about life. I swim. There's nothing more feeeing than being in the water, nothing can touch you. I'm a liberal Democrat and enjoy discussing (AKA argueing about) politics with people who know what they're talking about, even when I never seem to know what I'm talking about. Oh yeah, I'm a bit of a hypocrite.

Favorite Quotes:
All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players:
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts.
- As You Like It

"If you're going to try, go all the way. Otherwise don't even start. This could mean losing girlfriends, wives, relatives, jobs. And maybe your mind. It could mean not eating for three or four days. It could mean freezing on a park bench. It could mean jail. It could mean derision. It could mean mockery, isolation. Isolation is the gift. All the others are a test of your endurance. Of how much you really want to do it. And you'll do it, despite rejection in the worst odds. And it will be better than anything else you can imagine. If you're going to try, go all the way. There is no other feeling like that. You will be alone with the gods. And the nights will flame with fire. You will ride life straight to perfect laughter. It's the only good fight there is."
--Charles Bukowski

"Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?"

"I met in the street a very poor young man who was in love. His hat was old, his coat worn, his cloak was out at the elbows, the water passed through his shoes, - and the stars through his soul."

"An intelligent hell would be better than a stupid paradise."

"When dictatorship is a fact, revolution becomes a right."

"The greatest happiness of life is the conviction that we are loved; loved for ourselves, or rather, loved in spite of ourselves."
-- Victor Hugo

"Sanity calms, but madness is more interesting."
-- John Russell

"Three signs your addicted to cocaine: First of all, if you come home to your house and you have no furniture and cats going, 'I'm outta here, prick!', warning. Number two: If you have this dream where you're doing cocaine in your sleep and you can't fall asleep and you're doing cocaine in your sleep and you can't fall asleep, and you wake up and you're doing cocaine, BINGO! Number three: if on your tax form it says, '$50,000 for snacks,' MAYDAY!"

"Canada is like a loft apartment over a really great party."

“We had gay burglars the other night. They broke in and rearranged the furniture.”

“Do you think God gets stoned? I think so . . . look at the platypus.”
-- Robin Williams

We don't read and write poetry because it's cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for.
--From Dead Poet's Society

emerks20: gifted is such an insult i mean like someone gave you a gift when REALLY you have to work your ass off

"If you're doing what you love then fuck the rest."
-- Little Miss Sunshine

"The things you're most scared of are usually the most worthwhile."
-- Chasing Liberty
